𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐚-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐁𝐈𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 | 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒

Three technology business incubators (TBIs) from the Caraga region—𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐮 of Caraga State University, 𝐖𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐁𝐈 of Surigao del Norte State University, and 𝐌𝐎𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐒 𝐓𝐁𝐈 of Father Saturnino Urios University—actively participated in the 8th Technology Business Incubator Summit, held on November 26, 2024, at Limketkai Luxe Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City. Representatives from the Department of Science and Technology (DOST)-Caraga also attended the event, reflecting the agency’s ongoing support for regional innovation initiatives.
With the theme, “𝑆𝑢𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑖𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝐹𝑖𝑙𝑖𝑝𝑖𝑛𝑜 𝐸𝑛𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑒𝑢𝑟𝑠ℎ𝑖𝑝 𝑡ℎ𝑟𝑜𝑢𝑔ℎ 𝐼𝑛𝑐𝑢𝑏𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛, 𝐶𝑜𝑙𝑙𝑎𝑏𝑜𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑅𝑒𝑔𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙 𝑆𝑡𝑎𝑟𝑡𝑢𝑝 𝐸𝑐𝑜𝑠𝑦𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑚 𝐷𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑙𝑜𝑝𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡,” the summit showcased the success stories of local startups and the milestones achieved within the Philippines’ dynamic regional startup ecosystems.
The Technology Business Incubator Summit is an annual gathering that convenes local and international TBIs, accelerators, government agencies, innovators, startups, and other key innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem players. It serves as a platform for sharing best practices, fostering collaboration, and driving the development of regional startup ecosystems nationwide.
